FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES

ART 1

The world is a Presidential Republic based on development and technology.

Sovereignty belongs to the people who exercise it in the forms and limits of the Constitution

ART 2

The Presidential Republic recognizes and guarantees the inviolable rights of the human being, and requires the fulfillment of the binding duties of economic and social political solidarity

ART 3

All citizens of the world have equal social dignity and are equal before the law without distinction of genetic development, sex, political opinion and social status.

It is the task of the Presidential Republic to remove the obstacles that limit freedom and equality and the development of the human person by preventing them from participating in the country's economic, social and political organization

Art. 4

The Presidential Republic recognizes all citizens the right to work and promotes the conditions that make this right effective.

Every citizen has the duty to carry out, according to his own possibilities and his own choice, an activity or a function that contributes to the material or spiritual progress of society.

Art. 5

The Presidential Republic is one and indivisible, and following the failure of local autonomies, it takes charge of all the services, however, adapting the principles and methods of its legislation to the needs of the different global geographical areas

Art. 6

The Presidential Republic protects D.A. minorities and the populations scattered around the globe, authorizing them when deemed culturally appropriate, to maintain ancient customs and languages prior to World War III

Art.7

No Religion is independent and sovereign.

The only spiritual organ is the Spiritual Congregation which has mandate on spirituality against all forms of violence discrimination and ancient limiting mystifications.

Its relationship with the Central Intersectoral Government is regulated by the London Pact. Amendments to this agreement are exclusive to the Government and do not require a constitutional review procedure.

Art. 8

All religious denominations recognized by the Central Intersectoral Government and therefore by the Spiritual Congregation are equally free before the law.

They have the right to organize themselves according to the statutes of the Spiritual Congregation so as not to conflict with the world legal order

Art. 9

The Presidential Republic promotes the scientific development, technical and cultural research.

Through the School of Rebirthing it is also responsible for bringing help and education to the disadvantaged social and genetic groups to guarantee them a fair development and access to the means.

It protects the landscape and the historical and artistic heritage of the Macro Sector of the World without, however, losing the principles of constant development of technology generated for a profitable improvement in the standard of living of the inhabitants of the planet

Art. 10

The legal status of the inhabitants of Free D.A. Sector is governed by intersectoral law, while leaving the Sector a freedom to decide on microeconomics and local politics.

The D.A. or the Regular who shows a discomfort in the other Sectors has the right of asylum in the territory of the Free D.A. Populations Sector according to the conditions established by the law.

However, being part of the territory of the Presidential Republic, extradition is allowed for crimes of any kind

Art. 11

La Repubblica Presidenziale ripudia la violenza da sempre generata nel passato per soggiogare la libertà dei popoli che ora sotto un’unica bandiera vivono in pace con un obbiettivo comune.

Tuttavia il Governo Centrale Intersettoriale consente, in condizioni straordinarie che possono nuocere alla salute dei propri cittadini, l’intervento delle squadre USNA per assicurare la pace e la giustizia 

The Presidential Republic repudiates the violence that has always been generated in the past to subjugate the freedom of peoples who now, under a single flag, live in peace with a common goal.

However, the Intersectoral Central Government allows, under extraordinary conditions, the intervention of USNA teams to ensure peace and justice

Art. 12

The flag of the Intersectoral Presidential Republic is characterized by a globe, surrounded by the 13 stars that represent the world sectors.

The background is dark red bordered with gold.
